Abstract
In paper titled Innovative management in education using communication instruments is recorded existed communication practice and possible ways of its
improvement in the educational system, seen through the prism of global and social changes. New strategies in application communication instruments should
contribute easier adaptation of educational system to changes which are result of changed way of business and needs of environment for education. Empirical
research which is carried out disproved that educational institutions use some kind of communication, professors recognize importance of changing information, but
in the same time don’t give significant support to placed it in the public.
